1. Lopaka defeated Kaimana in last fall of a 15-man Gauntlet match to become the first champion.
2. Title vacated on November 25, 2003 when Chono was injured.
3. Lopaka defeated Superfly Ete to win vacant title. Earlier in the night, both Lopaka and Superfly Ete were the last two men in a battle royal to determine who would fight in the championship match.

6. JT Wolfen won a battle royal to win the vacant title. Then, stripped of the title due to "no show" on 09/23/2006.
7. Kaimana won the title the night of the "no show" by Wolfen to continue the Kamehameha Championship legacy in an "Up For Grabs" strong style 3-way battle against Mr. Spa Fitness and Kaniala.
8. Current: Micah "The Chosen One" (aka Sandy Beach) def Kaimana on 09/15/2007, in a title match that was offered by Kaimana, (approved and signed by Commissioner BILL APTER) to "test" his own tag partner.
