IGF (Inoki Genome Federation) event is coming up on June 29th in Tokyo at Ryogoku Kokugikan. The main event will feature Brock Lesnar vs Kurt Angle for the IWGP 3rd edition belt. (the belt which Brock never formally returned to NJPW, another scandal). Simon Inoki says, "It is Mr. Inoki's new organization which he is fully involved in. Others like Josh Barnett and a couple from NWA are planning to appear along with top Japanese wrestlers like Takayama, Ogawa, Yasuda, Fujinami, and etc."
For more information, contact Simon Inoki at the L.A. Dojo: (310) 699-4409
No matter how much BS Antonio Inoki gets, he keeps on coming back with more!!! Gotta love that TOUKON spirit! Never say die!!! Go MR. INOKI!!! ;D

(the belt which Brock never formally returned to NJPW, another scandal). That 3rd edition of the IWGP Championship is truly a sight to behold. I remember when Reggie Parks and Dave Millican released photos of it a while back how elaborate it looked and I can only imagine how much it must have cost. I believe it was about $8,000.00+ USD. all photos copyright Reggie Parks Championship Belts But anyway, talk about two individual careers that have NEVER been the same since the last time they met at Wrestlemania 19. Brock Lesnar had the world of wrestling in the palm of his hands and tossed it aside and many believe his best pro-wrestling days have passed him by a long time ago. Kurt Angle just won the TNA World Championship, but something is just not right as he doesn't seem to capture the imagination of the majority of wrestling fans like he used to and the ratings for TNA have proven that. I hope to catch this match via DVD somewhere down the line as I'm sure they'll steal the show and perhaps it could be just what they both individually need add a some "kick" to their careers once again.

Sweet belt, REF KAZZ! I've always thought that was a cool belt. Thanks for sharing! I think you're right about the price... Yeah, the main event will be interesting, and I'm sure they will steal the show! Hopefully, like you say, it is just the thing that both Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle need to put back that "kick" into their careers. You never know!!! ;D Re: DVD sales, I hope they at least got US clearance for DVDs (for the main event), because unfortunately, according to the Inokis, the main event cannot get aired on TV in the US due to Brock not being able to appear "because of their lawsuit settlement he had before with WWE", but they have full Japan rights, so that's good. The Inokis are looking to do a few more shows this caliber this year. Simon said, for now, it is one event on June 29th. But there will be at least 7 more this year. The next one is scheduled in mid August, and 3 to 4 more events in Sept. are in the plans to follow, for now.

Well, if it becomes a problem I guess there's always YouTube, seeing as how no one wants to pay for anything anymore.

True, not yet anyway, but I wouldn't be surprised if he knew of you already. I hear spies are everywhere.
