In doing our part to bring attention to the many different cultures of Hawai'i, the HCW Ohana proudly embraces and supports our Samoan Community, and at this time, we would like to thank Chief Pulefano for including us in the entertainment line-up, in celebrating "Samoan Culture Week", showing genuine support for Hawaii's pro wrestling in return!!! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
History: The Samoan culture is Polynesia's oldest. It is believed that the first people on the Samoan Islands came by sea from southwest Asia some 3,000 years ago. Over the centuries, distinct cultural traits emerged that we now call fa'asamoa (fah-ah-SAH-mo-ah). From Samoa, seafaring explorers and settlers journeyed to other Polynesian island groups hundreds of miles away...including the Hawaiian islands...
Thank you, once again Chief Pulefano!!! ~The HCW Ohana

Will there be any other Samoan athletes there aside from Hawaii's MOST FEARED TAG TEAM, Manu Samoa?
Let's not forget that some of the most visible Samoan athletes in North America were in professional wrestling in the Southern California area.

Hi MzBtch! How have you been?! ;D lol !!! Ooops, sorry REF KAZZ is right. That was a type-o. (aka: A dee-dee-dee moment! My bad... lol ) *Yes, it's an additional "JULY" date! ;D We're working on the poster now, so thanks for catching that! We are very excited and busy getting ready for all the shows that are coming up. Commercials on the radio will run tomorrow on KSSK, and also on KNDI with some of our HCW talent going on "live" on Thursday (June 28th..and this time it is "really", June. lol ) at 9:30PM on KNDI. The Samoan Cultural Arts Federation (Samoa Mo Samoa - the sponsors), are saying that numerous Samoan organizations from around the world are participating this year, and of course, we look forward to offering our wrestling show for the Samoan Community in support of their work, mainly with their youth programs. If you can make it, definitely bring the kids, because it sounds like they will have a lot to absorb, as it sounds educational as well as FUN at the same time, with various Samoan music, dance, arts and crafts, etc... and of course... HCW has... MANU SAMOA!!!? What will MANU SAMOA do on their own turf of "Samoa Mo Samoa"? Will MANU SAMOA be diplomatic "hosts"...OR.......... ? There's only one way to find out. ...Stay tuned for the Samoan Culture Week... ****************************************************************** Again, the HCW show for the Samoan Culture Week, starts at 5PM on July 6th at Leehi Lagoon! For info., you may contact Samoa Mo Samoa / Samoan Cultural Arts Federation: President Tuitele and Chief Pulefano at: 227-7002.

Samoan people are some of the most chill people in the world. I feel very safe around Samoan people, just not Ete and Ativalu. Wonder what happened to those 2. Maybe they have a reason for being so angry.
