HCW News and Rumors:
First, to our amazing FANS! Yes, you really amaze us every time! Thank you so very, very much for coming out and spending a beautiful 4th of July with us at Pearl Harbor!!!! It was GREAT to see so many of the "regular" faces between new fans!!! I think, this past 4th of July was the biggest crowd we had to date, and we would like to extend our deepest appreciation for another HUGE show!!! THANKS TO YOU!!!! It seems like we say this after every show, but we are truly BLESSED for having the greatest fans in the whole wide world!! We love you very much, and will continue to do our best to bring you "quality" entertainment for the entire family for a long. long time! ;D
Once again HCW showed why we are Hawaii’s #1 Promotion on the 4th of July at Pearl Harbor! The guys and gal(s) really gave their ALL, from the ring crew to the wrestlers to their families, to everyone one who was involved! Don't we have the coolest wrestlers for real though?!!! We are very proud of all of you HCW Superstars!!! Thank you for another flawless performance!
A "special" thanks go out to little Richie Tramontano who helped by being the bell ringer! GOOD JOB, Richie!
Several things manifested this past 4th of July, (and you can read details later when the results get posted), but it seemed to be that a new tag team is forming?! "Rock Star" Ricky Thunder and Jody ‘J-Lo’ Lopez seemed to have formed a bond and made a pack to watch each other's back. HCW fans apparently liked the idea by the screaming and overwhelming applause from all 4 sides of the ring!!! Are the two rising stars of HCW about to step it up and enter in the now slim tag team division?
Mr. Oki had threatened to drop the bomb on Pearl Harbor, and it turned out to be the tag team of Kapu and ... Bushido X!? That had to have been the strangest tag team in the history of HCW and may go after the Kekaulike Titles. (Details later...)
Injury report:
4th of July was an explosive show but the sad thing came to one half of the Nightmarchers, Ahuna. During the main event, Ahuna broke his forearm!
So it seems that the current Kekaulike Tag Team Champions, The Nightmarchers are in a bit of a dilemma.
Sources say that Ahuna will be out several weeks. It is also rumored that President Linda Bade and the big man himself Commissioner Don Muraco are in talks with the HCW board all week long to decide the fate of the tag team champions.
Check back for more updates later.
Thanks again for being with us, and remember, the next show is July 8th, at TROPICS Family Entertainment Center on Schofield Barracks. This one is always open to the public with your ID, current auto registration, safety check , and insurance. Bell time is 7:00PM as usual. Mahalo for your support, God Bless You, and SEE YOU THERE!!!! ;D
Until then, PEACE...OUT.
